2. Scope

It does not control how courts, opposing counsel, insurers, employers, or third-party platforms handle data under their own policies.

Do not send Social Security numbers, full medical records, or highly sensitive identifiers through unencrypted web forms unless we specifically request them through a secure channel.

We use collected information to respond to inquiries and provide free consultations; determine whether we can represent you and conflict-check as needed; communicate about appointments and firm services; operate, secure, and improve the website and intake workflow; comply with legal, ethical, and recordkeeping obligations; detect fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and conduct limited marketing where permitted (you may opt out of non-essential marketing). Submitting a form or calling does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.
