About Us

We represent injured workers — never insurance companies.

Founding Attorney

Arsineh Arakel

Arsineh Arakel has spent over 16 years on every side of the workers' compensation system — representing injured workers, employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, self-insured employers, public schools, colleges, cities and counties, and medical providers. That rare, complete perspective means she knows exactly how the other side evaluates, delays, and denies claims — and how to beat those tactics.

“My clients have the advantage of being represented by an attorney who deeply understands their frustration in navigating the California's workers' compensation system — and who will fight for their rights and benefits.” Today the practice is devoted to injured workers and to uninsured employers facing workers' compensation claims against their business. Clients usually have a lot of questions because the process is entirely new, and difficult to understand. We know they worry, have fears, and concerns. That is why our background and approach is unique. We take the time to not only answer their questions, but let them know we know exactly what to do next, and are on top of it. We are a team. The client deserves to feel that, and not be treated as a number in a busy firm. Every step is explained in plain language, in English or Spanish.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who host the site, process forms, send email/SMS, store data, analyze traffic, or provide IT/security; professional collaborators such as co-counsel, experts, investigators, translators, or medical providers when reasonably necessary; and legal/safety disclosures when required by law, court order, or professional obligation, or to protect rights and safety. Once an attorney-client relationship exists, confidential client information is handled under the California Rules of Professional Conduct and related ethical duties, which may be stricter than this website policy.
